My boss has decided to release me earlier than my official last day of work. Suddenly I found that I have 2 weeks to spare before my new job starts on 10 Dec.

Yesterday was my first free day so I spent the whole day at home cleaning my "pig sty". I dislike cleaning the house because everyone in the house contribute the filth but not clean them up. It is always I who have to do it and I hate doing it alone. It would be better if is a group effort.

Blame it on my hubby and I who dote on our daughters Estee n Esther. Both cannot cook and keep their rooms clean. I have learnt over the years to turn a blind eyes to the untidiness around the house. But occasionally this scene makes me mad and I will start throwing things away to make the house neater.

After a tiring day of cleaning I was very satisfied and happy of the renewed shine in the house. Though it is not 100 percent done but hope this will be the motivation to continue to completion. I told my hubby that the floor is so scrubbed cleaned that last night he is invited to make the floor his bed. He laughed heartily and told me that he will work harder to keep me at home so that the house is clean at all times.
Well, I just hope that my two girls' future husbands would be one who can cook and will help in the cleaning of the mess at home. If not, be well to do enough to get maid or part time cleaners to do the job!
